My guiding principles

Everybody has problems. Everybody has bad times. Do we sacrifice all the good times because of them? Sometimes we don't choose the circumstances life hands us, but you can decide not to go through them alone.

I'm a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in the treatment of adolescents and adults, I'm here to help you.

Do you feel like you should be happy, but you are unfulfilled?  Are you struggling with life transitions; divorce/separation, domestic violence, academic/career transitions? Difficulty with grief/loss? My goal is to help you work through all of life's ups and downs in a non-judgmental, safe space. If you are feeling any or all of these things, then we might make a good team.

My clients will tell you I am compassionate, but honest. My approach is thorough, yet relaxed and conversational. If things aren't working for you, we can figure it out together.  Thinking outside of the box is my specialty; whether you need medication or a non-medication alternative, we can find something that works for you.  I take pride in not over-prescribing medications and working with you to develop a treatment plan that makes sense.

Using the person-centered approach, I look forward to partnering with you and helping you live, your best life now.
